Mike CribbManaging Director
Mike has a 21-year track record of designing and implementing complex business and enterprise systems in sectors as diverse as manufacturing and financial services. His wide mix of business and technical experience brings a uniquely broad and practical edge to Mike’s role as a pioneer of next-generation software. Mike has grown and led Quantiv from concept to its current level.
Steve CoxHead of Professional Services
Steve has been with Quantiv since its formation in 1994 and has been instrumental in helping to grow the business. He has worked closely with the majority of our clients in both a technical and project management capacity.
Steve has a passion for understanding the client’s business processes and delivering solutions that give them a competitive edge.
Steve now heads up our Professional Services team. Working closely with the Technical Services department Steve is responsible for ensuring customer projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standards.
Chris ConwayChief Architect
Chris graduated from the University of London with a first class BEng degree in Electronic Engineering.
He has over 20 years’ IT design and management experience, starting his career with GEC Telecommunications and has since held analyst and design lead positions on projects with major British and European banks including ING, Barclays, Rabobank and Lloyds TSB. Chris was also an early advocate of cloud computing and was a founder member of the team who launched The Book Partnership.
At Quantiv, Chris provides the vision and conceptualisation of the architecture underpinning our solutions.
Richard StockleyTechnology Director
Richard graduated from the University of Manchester with an MSc in Advanced Computer Science. He has over 12 years experience of developing, designing and delivering complex, high profile and global solutions for blue chip companies in London and Europe, companies such as Microsoft, RBS, Deutsche Bank and ABB, Richard returned back to Manchester to join Quantiv.
Richard is now responsible for Quantiv’s technology vision and innovation and ensuring Quantiv’s customers have the best technical solution to their on-going needs and aspirations.
Steve BakerProduct Director
Steve has a BEng in Electronic Engineering and has been with Quantiv since its inception in 1994, Steve has worked on every generation of the Quantiv product line and worked with nearly every customer in Quantiv’s history. Involved in every functional and non-functional aspect of the customer’s systems, from the front end website to the back end database, his role is to take these customer experiences and feed them back into product development, and feed forward best practices to help current customers and current implementations. Prior to Quantiv, Steve held both technical and commercial roles within technology companies.
Christian BrooksBusiness Development Director
Chris holds a BSc degree in Business & Management Studies and has over 15 years experience of working with companies to provide data led software solutions.
Previously, Chris worked for companies such as WHSmith, Torex Retail, QAS (an Experian company) and Transactis.
At Quantiv Chris is responsible for managing commercial relationships with customers and prospects.
Steve TatlockFinance Director
Steve is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience, including previously being a Senior Partner at a well known North West accountancy practice, Downham whom he helped guide through a merger with a national practice in 2000.
At Quantiv he utilises his extensive experience advising on budgetary and financial planning facilities, taxation, corporate governance and compliance strategies. As well as Finance Director at Quantiv Steve is also a Director at business consultancy Northline.
