REQUIREMENTS

Rohan are growing significantly and as such needed an integrated order managment platform to support their e-commerce and call centre touch points. This had to be capable of driving sales revenues and optimising operating costs for their direct sales operation.

SOLUTION

Quantiv’s Business Analysts worked with the team at Rohan on the discovery phase of the project. The team analysed the customer journeys and the required processes to support their experience through the online and call centre touchpoints. Quantiv worked with Rohan to design, develop and deliver their Ecommerce and Contact Centre solution on Quantiv Ecommerce software using its unique agile architecture to ensure a fit against requirements, timescales and budget.

RESULTS

Quantiv delivered all of Rohan’s initial requirements to the letter, on time and on budget. We continue working with them to continually optimise their website and maximise performance. The company are now looking at different ways in which to use the Ecommerce Software to drive growth in other areas of their business.
